Diet is one of the things I work with. My job is to inform people about what food is. The different types and why healthy eating benefits your body.

We will review some questions and concerns, as well as the goals and changes that are required for a new lifestyle. What I'm working with is not diets, but to enlighten people a new perspective about food intake. Diets are something you do temporarily, while lifestyle is something you live in. Let the food be your medicine.
